Suzy and Greg met in high school and were best friends before they started dating. “Our personalities complement each other so perfectly,” said Suzy. “There is no one I laugh more with or have a better time with.”

Ten years later, Greg was ready to propose and plotted to surprise Suzy. He told her that he has invited her sister and boyfriend, who were in town visiting, for brunch at Le Terrasse, a rooftop lounge at the trendy Place D’Armes Hotel. Unbeknownst to Suzy, Greg had arranged to rent the venue beforehand to set things up. A blizzard of rose petals, chilled champagne and the music of their favourite song “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol awaited Suzy on her arrival. “I was swept off my feet,”  she said. “It was one of the most special moments of my life.”

During their wedding ceremony, Suzy and Greg proclaimed their love for one another with wedding vows they wrote themselves. “It was important that our wedding represented us,” said the bride. “We wanted to personalize our wedding and provide a warm and romantic atmosphere.” The couple chose a garden party theme and used extravagant greenery mixed with a variety of floral arrangements to achieve this.
