Manoir Davis is in the heart of the Laurentians, a few minutes from downtown Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, providing access to and a breathtaking view on Lac des Sables and Plage Major. The building is 10,000 square feet total, split between 5,000 square feet of common spaces and 5,000 square feet of private space, and resting on 500,000 square feet of land.

Common rooms
The large dining room seats up to 16 people and is next to a vast solarium overlooking the forest. There’s a comfortable and luxurious double living room and a magnificent dining room leading to the state-of-the-art kitchen on the same floor. The kitchen has a large island, long counters, two fridges, two dishwashers, a cooktop and two ovens. It’s perfect for hosting a caterer, a great chef, or a simple family dinner. There’s a second spacious and bright living room on the third floor, making it the perfect place for small gatherings. Every common area can be adapted to your tastes and needs.
Rooms
The manor has eight bedrooms: six on the second floor and two on the third floor. Each room is furnished and decorated with a modern take on its original style. Half of them have a private bathroom with high-end showers and large bathtubs. Every room also has high speed internet access.
